Requirements
- Fluency in Ukrainian and at least pre -intermediate level of English
- Basic knowledge of DBMS SQL . Knowledge of the basics of SQL (working with database data)
- Understanding of software implementation and support processes, or experience in a similar position (priority will be experience in implementation and support of CRM, ERP systems)
- Good communication skills, attentiveness and responsibility
- Ability to analyze, research and find solutions to problems
- Ability to learn, ability to work/understand with technical documentation
- English — Intermediate (strong +)
Responsibilities
- Implementation of software company products, installation, configuration, training of users
- Working with MS SQL databases (working with data), OLAP cubes.
- Work with customer requests in the support system
- Technical support for software products, analysis and resolution of incidents (system errors, data exchange errors, etc.)
- li> Analyzing, researching and providing solutions to problems of various technical complexity
- Providing advice to customers on the configuration and operation of the company's products
- Interaction with other divisions to resolve customer issues
- Updating and testing software
- Participation in internal and external project work
