We are currently lookingCustomerSupportEngineer, which will provide high quality customer service interaction with the development team to improve products and direct participation in the implementation of the Company's solutions.
What tasks await you in this role:
- Technical support and consulting: Providing professional technical assistance and consulting to users on product functionality;
- Incident management: Support of appeals and active management of the full life cycle of the application: from registration to final closing;
- Communication and training:Effective engagement with stakeholders regarding application statuses and customer training;
- Active engagement with development project teams:Detailing technical terms of reproduction and resolution of incidents in cases of escalation, proactive two-way communication in the Business-Customer-Developer circuit;
- Reporting: Systematic formation and reporting on the results of the support provided.
Required experience and technical skills:
Education: higher education education;- Communications experience with clients, multitasking skills and excellent presentation skills;
- Technical expertise: Ability to quickly learn new software; understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
