Floating 8-hour work schedule: 4/2; 4/1; 5/2 (8:00 — 17:00, 9:00 — 18:00, 10:00 — 19:00, 11:00 — 20:00, 12:00 — 21:00);

Customer Support Specialistin our team will deal with the following tasks:

• Conduct consultations and presentations of our product, as well as sales of services to our customers (over the phone on the incoming line. No cold calls!);

• Communicate with customers with a customer-oriented approach in solving issues and ensuring their satisfaction;

• Create a friendly atmosphere when working with clients.

What we expect from you:

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language;

• Ability to learn quickly and be results-oriented.

How we interact with candidates:

1 stage: communication with the recruiter by phone;

2nd stage: video meeting with our recruiter and your future manager.
