Responsibilities: -Responding to customer inquiries, providing advice and clarifications on the company's services -Interacting with customers via e-mail and online chat -Management and solving customer complaints, requests and problems - Cooperation with other departments of the company to solve technical problems and shortcomings - Monitoring and analysis of customer feedback for continuous improvement of service.
