What will you do:

• Communicate with customers in chats, by phone and by mail - help, solve, support (and save)
• Search for the necessary information in open sources - you will become a master of fast and accurate research.
• Create a great experience for each client: with attention, care and a little service magic
• Follow the principles of information security when working with confidential data - trust comes first.
• Move ahead with a multicultural team of specialists from various fields - there is always someone to share experiences and jokes with.

We are looking for a person who enjoys helping others. If this is about you, class! And it will also be great if you:

• Speak and write Ukrainian fluently and competently;
• Able to explain complex things simply and without unnecessary words;
• You have experience in communicating with customers (in a store, online or in DMs);
• You like to dig in details and look for answers when others have already given up;
• You can keep focus and not get lost in multitasking;
• With a bright approach to things and responsibility in your blood

And if English is not scary, you know what CRM is, or you have monitored more than once tickets on Booking/Skyscanner are a plus in karma
