We are looking for a Customer Support Consultant (Not Remote) who will help our customers receive high-quality consulting support.

You will receive:

• Salary 30,000 - 40,000 UAH;

Main duties:

• Communicating with clients via chat.
• Providing advice on agency services and the process recruiting.
• Solving problem situations and responding to customer requests.
• Reporting on completed tasks and customer requests.

Requirements for candidate:

• Competent written and spoken Ukrainian language; knowledge of Russian and English will be a plus.
• Confident PC and Internet user.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Experience in customer support or recruiting (optional).
