What you will do:
- Provide premium customer support via chat, phone and email;
- Search and analyze information in open sources according to customer requests;
- Apply the best practices of interaction with clients and build warm long-term relationships with them;
- Work with confidential information of clients, adhering to security principles;
- Develop in a young team of logistics, aviation, tourism, banking, and hospitality specialists from around the world;
- Grow, grow and grow again.
In addition to a sincere desire to help people, we expect you to have:
- High level of command of the Ukrainian language;
- Ability to clearly and clearly formulate thoughts;
- Experience of working with clients;
- Analytical and research skills;
