We are currently looking for a customer support\advertising manager with knowledge of the Polish language

Your future duties:
- Processing customer requests (complaint, proposal, question) and choosing the optimal solution.
- Informing customersand working with objections.
- Consultations and placing orders as needed.
- Reminding customers about the arrival of the parcel
- Making a decision on compensation and fixing it in the customer's card.
- Transferring the complaint to the responsible person (if needed).
What you need to join us:
- Knowledge of the Italianlanguage at the B2 level.
- Developed critical thinking, attention to details and communication skills.
- Experience in a call center \ customer support or sales will be +
- Fluent command of a PC and office programs.
- Technical support: stable Internet, headset, laptop or PC
