Customer Support, Call-Center specialist with knowledge of the English language in Luxiomer

Company: Luxiomer is a Los Angeles-based company that specializes in:

• Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling and Remodeling,
• Manufacturing and Installing countertops,
• Projects in the field of home improvement.

We work with clients in Greater Los Angeles and provide a high level of service, quality support and quick responses to all requests.

Schedule: 09:00 — 6:00 PM PST Format: Remote

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accepting incoming calls from customers interested in kitchen/bathroom renovations or orders countertops.
• Providing advice on company services, repair process, types of materials, terms, cost, etc. (not technical level, but basic info).
• Processing requests coming from the website, Google, Yelp, social networks and other channels.
• Recording measurements, specialist visits or consultations (scheduling).
• Communication with the internal team: contractors, engineers, project manager.
• Working in CRM: recording new leads, updating statuses, notes after calls.
• Supporting polite, professional and customer-oriented service.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (oral + written).
• Experience in Customer Support or Call Center is desirable.
• Ability to quickly navigate customer requests in the field of repair, construction or countertop installation will be a plus.
• Clear diction, attention to detail, ability to work with many tasks.
• Reliability and willingness to work PST schedule.
