As someone who is technologically adept, you will be tasked with helping the growth of Threecolts’ customer support tools, while offering impeccable customer service and support. We expect that you can work autonomously, think both strategically and tactically, and take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives.This is an Independent Contractor position that requires you to work from your own device.What will you do ?Proactively serving as the primary contact for customers, answering questions, resolving concerns, and troubleshooting issues.Creating and maintaining knowledge base articles, and training materials to help customers troubleshoot issues independently and enhance their proficiency with the UseResponse platform.Proactively engage with customers throughout their lifecycle, including conducting demos, addressing post-onboarding needs, managing subscriptions, invoicing, tracking trials, and gathering feedback for feature enhancements.What do we expect from you ?Fluency in oral and written Russian.English proficiency at least B1-B2 level.Strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.Ability to quickly learn semi-technical concepts related to system configuration and automation (e.g., Zendesk triggers, Salesforce flows, Hubspot sequences).Familiarity with basic programming concepts: API, JSON.Nice to have :Experience with helpdesk solutions, either as a user or worker.Previous experience working with remote international teams.Comfortable working in a startup environment.Location: GMT or within +/-3 hours.Tech background or experience working closely with Developers.
