Customer support and video surveillance operator (day shift) in Harnet

A company engaged in the provision of telecommunication services and the implementation of security systems needs a call center/video monitoring operator for a young team.

Requirements:

• skills in working with a computer, messengers and software for video surveillance systems.

• observation, ability to concentrate attention, analytical abilities

• ability to make prompt decisions

• competent speech;

• perseverance, diligence.

Main functional duties:

• visual control of video surveillance objects

• detection and recording of cases of violations

• prompt notification of the fact of violation

• analysis and provision of event reports

• receiving calls (incoming line)

• processing applications from the company's subscribers

• assistance in solving technical issues

Working conditions:

• office in Vokzalna/Tsentralny Rynok district

• work schedule 2/2 days

• shifts from 08:00 to 20:00

• salary: from UAH 750/shift + weekly bonuses and bonuses.
