We are looking for a customer support and training specialist
Goals and tasks you will face:
The main goal of the position is to quickly solve the client's tasks, and in your free time it's time to form a product user manual for new and existing customers, which will allow you to better study the product and help the customer independently solve the issue in the future.
- internal consultations and working groups to improve knowledge;
Your tasks and obligations:
- receiving written (telegrams, Jira) and verbal requests;
- registering written requests in Jira;
- determining the type of request (consultation or revision functions);
- training or giving advice to the client on his questions about working with the site/implementing/resolving requests/tasks;
- writing user instructions.
Working conditions:
You can work remotely or in the office of your choice.
Standard work schedule from 09:00 to 18:00 from Mon to Fri, but you can work adapting to your schedule, the main thing is that it does not negatively affect the projects of clients.
