Requirements:
- Speaking English not lower than B2 level
- Quick learning and readiness for growth
- Customer orientation and responsible attitude to work
- (Desirable) Experience in the field of E-commerce
- (Desirable) Experience in the role of a call center employee / salesperson / customer service manager
< strong>Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries in chat
- Answer incoming calls
- Answer emails from customers and suppliers
- Placing new orders
- Communication with suppliers to ensure fulfillment of orders and resolve any issues
- Analysis and suggestions for improving store operation
