We offer:

• Work in Poland with remote engagement from Monday to Friday: 09:00-18:00.
• Training, participation in interesting projects, and working in a team where everyone loves what they do.
• Stable and always timely payment from 5,000 PLN during the probation period (3 months), thereafter discussed individually based on skills. Official employment.

Expectations from candidates:

• Higher education (priority given to technical fields, mathematics, statistics, cybernetics, or related disciplines). 
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support. 
• Proficient in MS Office and Internet usage. General knowledge of mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms. 
• Fluent in spoken and written Russian. 
• Analytical and mathematical mindset. 
• Integrity, diligence, and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and decision-making readiness.
