We are looking for a Customer Support and Data Analysis Specialist
/p>• Teaching customers how to work with our products, including mobile applications and web platform
• Testing and verifying the operation of applications on Android and iOS platforms. Testing of improvements in the system
• Customer support through various communication channels (mail, phone, messengers). Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve the company's products and services
• Connecting new users to the web service
• Working with reports and data in Microsoft Excel
• Advising users on working with analytical system, on web service capabilities/updates, writing instructions (understanding of processes in FMCG markets will be a plus), etc.
Expectations from applicants: p>
• Higher education (in priority – technical, mathematics, statistics, cybernetics or related disciplines).
• Experience in the field of customer support from 1 year.
• Confident user of MS Office, Internet. General knowledge of the operation of mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms.
• Competent oral and written communication.
• Analytical and mathematical mindset.
