Hello! We are looking for a Customer Support Agent with fluent Spanish.

About you:

• 2+ years of experience in the field of customer support.

• Experience in Intercom, Zendesk or any other system for Customer Service Management.

• Fluency in Spanish, English and Ukrainian languages.

Main tasks:

• Communication with our users via Intercom

• Writing articles in Intercom

• Follow and respond to reviews:

—Apple App Store and Google Play Market

—Instagram

—Facebook
