About you: • 2+ years of experience in customer support • Experience in Intercom, Zendesk or any other system for Customer Service Management • Fluency in Spanish, English and Ukrainian • Willingness to take on various tasks • Ability to remain calm and patient in difficult situations Main tasks: • Communicating with our users via Intercom • Writing articles in Intercom • Follow and respond to reviews: - Apple App Store and Google Play Market - Instagram - Facebook How we work ?Remote👩‍💻 Preferably in the time zone CET or EET.
