What challenges await you as a Customer Support Agent:
refunds and making refunds through payment tools as needed;
— Achieving KPIs and other result indicators set before the team;
— Participation in the development of templates and proposals for improving work processes
— Keeping the refund rate at the appropriate level;
— Maintaining work tables;
— Meetings with the team and the team;
— Transferring bug reports upon self-discovery or after receiving request from clients.

— 1+ years of experience working with clients in the English-speaking market;
— English language proficiency level B1 and above;
