Customer Support Agent (Remote, Only chats) in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

Currently, we need a Customer Support Agent in one of our portfolio companies, who can not only support the level of customer service, but also improve it.

What challenges await you as a Customer Support Agent:
refunds and making refunds through payment tools as needed;
— Achieving KPIs and other result indicators set before the team;
— Participation in the development of templates and proposals for improving work processes
— Keeping the refund rate at the appropriate level;
— Maintaining work tables;
— Meetings with the team and the team;
— Transferring bug reports upon self-discovery or after receiving request from clients.

What is important to us:

— 1+ years of experience working with clients in the English-speaking market;
— English language proficiency level B1 and above;
— Available comfortable conditions for remote work (stable Internet connection, lack of extraneous noise in the room and the presence of a working computer);
— Customer orientation, openness, desire to help and solve the client's problems;
— High level of stress resistance.
