Customer Support Agent (Polish) in Yellow Stone

The Ukrainian product IT company "YellowStone" is looking for an employee for the position of "Customer Support Manager" with knowledge of the Polish language. Your duties: Provide qualified support to customers via e-mail and chat, answer questions about the company's products and services, sometimes also consult by phone (up to 15% of the volume of work); Respond to customer inquiries and solve their problems; Forwarding requests to solve technical and financial difficulties of users, receiving feedback for the purpose of further informing users; Informing about detected problems or errors on supported resources. Our candidate : Fluent in the Polish language (B2 level); Computer literate at the level of a confident user; Possesses highly developed written communication skills; Experience in the field of customer support will be an advantage.
