Congratulations, our customer support team is looking for people to improve efficiency and ensure quality customer service. The scope is shopify + NFT. We will help you understand the product, teach you the subtleties and tell you how to act better in different situations. We are looking for a person for the position of the 1st line of support. Helping customers with questions or problems using the product. Help in solving problems, checking payments, creating user instructions and recommendations, answering users' questions. Your tasks will include: Studying the project, updating it. Helping to use the product. Interaction with the development team and CSM. Maintaining current information in CRM. Monitoring client status. You will help build communication between the project team and users. We work via intercom, telegram, twitter, discord, gmail. We expect you to: Have a sufficient level of English. Not against the use of additional programs of translators or checkers, but as an assistant, not as a base. You like to understand how services, products, things work, you are generally interested in how it works. You know how to hear and understand the needs of the user. You understand what customer service and understand what distinguishes good service from bad. You are not a robot that simply inserts template answers and hangs up when you are offered to update it.
