The Ukrainian product IT company "Yellow Stone" is looking for a "Customer Support Agent (German)" employee. Your duties: Provide highly qualified support to customers via e-mail and chat, answer questions about the company's products and services, sometimes also provide telephone consultation (up to 15% of the volume of work); Respond to customer inquiries and solve their problems; Forwarding requests to solve technical and financial difficulties of users, receiving feedback for the purpose of further informing users; Informing about detected problems or errors on supported resources.
