Customer Support Agent (German) in Yellow Stone

The Ukrainian product IT company "Yellow Stone" is looking for a "Customer Support Agent (German)" employee. Your duties: Provide qualified support to customers in German via e-mail and chat, answer questions about the company's products and services, sometimes also consult in telephone mode (up to 15% of the volume of work); Responding to customer inquiries and solving their problems; Transferring requests to solve technical and financial difficulties of users, receiving feedback for the purpose of further informing users; Informing about identified problems or errors on supported resources. Our candidate: Fluent in German (B2 level); Computer literate at the level of a confident user; Possesses highly developed written communication skills; Experience in customer support will be an advantage.
