Customer Support Agent /Front desk /Appointment Setter in Konstantinov R.S., FOP

This is a remote service job healthcare clients (USA and Canada).

What you need to know /be able to:

• speak English fluently;
• have a medical or pharmaceutical education, or experience working as a nurse or pharmacologist in Ukraine;
• be able to control emotions when working with different types of clients;
• be ready for constant learning of new information;
• can be done without work experience, but with good spoken English and a medical education;
• we will teach you how to work with CRM, it is very simple;
• ability to work from 8 am to 5 pm (time zone USA, New York );
• uninterrupted high-speed Internet connection and stable power supply (with the help of power banks);

It will be a plus:

• experience of working in medical institutions (nurse, pharmacist);
• experience of support in the field of health care;

What you will do:

• Answer incoming calls;
• Resolve patient issues;
• Schedule appointments;
• Enter patient information into the database ;
• work with the CRM system;
• NO cold calls;
• NO sales.
