Customer Support Agent (English) in Ozone Technologies

Ozone Technologies is looking for a support service operator with knowledge of the English language.

Working in the office (Kyiv), full-time. Remote work after training and probationary period. 
The trial period is 3 months. Training is paid and credited during the trial period.

Remote work is possible after the first 4-6 weeks.

The main task of this position is to achieve excellent customer service, retention and return of customers .

Basic conditions and requirements for this position:

• Advanced English
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work night and day shifts. 2\2 schedule, 12-hour shifts (4-6 night shifts per month). Flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support primarily via email or chat as in Russian and English
• Solving customer requests and problems
• Receiving, processing and translating customer documentation and solving customer requests
• Interaction with other departments of the online project
