We are looking for a Help Desk Manager (willing to consider candidates with no work experience) 

Not remotely!!!< br/>
Job duties: 

• Provide support to existing clients;
• Advise clients on services, respond in online chat ;
• Work in the CRM database;
• Help in connection of services and payment; 
• Presales.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English will be an advantage, but willing to consider without;
• Communication skills for communication with clients;
• Competent oral and written language
• Confident PC user;
• Ability to quickly establish contact with people;
• Wish to learn.
