Ozone Technologies is hiring Agent in Kiev: ARABIC native speaker for work with VIP clients.The main focus of the role is to achieve superior customer experiences, Customer retention and return. Essential skills and experiences relevant to the role:Fluent (native) ArabicVery good Russian & EnglishGood computing skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Outstanding interpersonal skillsKey responsibilities:Maintain player relationships pro-actively via phone, e-mail and live chatRetention/reactivation callsPursuit and sharing of customer knowledgeResolve of customer queries and issuesAssist in the alignment of promotions across all customer touch pointsReceive, handle and translate customer documentation After 2−3 month responsibilities are: Managing an active database.Implement of programs/events to create guest loyalty and return guest visits.Prepare and timely submit daily and weekly reports as required.Resolve conflicts, and complaints on behalf the Company in a fair and equitable manner.Enthusiastically support, actively promote, and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.Enhance guest interactions by providing a friendly greeting, offering directions, answering questions, making announcements, and creating an upbeat and positive atmosphere.Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.We offer: training and trial period are paid from the first dayvacation 24 days a year (paid by the company)a new office in the center of Kiev (5−7 minutes walk from the metro)a young and friendly and international teamnew knowledge, development, new experience every daytimely salary payments alwaysnice bonuses from the company
