Product: gambling, betting.ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and professional responses to regular players using Live chat.Work on all inbound and outbound communication via email.Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and ensure swift resolution.Requirements2+ years of experience as customer support agent in gambling industry.Proficiency in using Softswiss instruments.Experience with using Live chat.Upper-intermediate English at least.We offerFull-time remote job;Paid annual leave;Work with professional team and friendly atmosphere;Minimum of bureaucracy.
