SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with our co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch tech businesses and win in global markets.
Our team is a fast & furious support of 50+ professionals in their field, who live in a dynamic rhythm of work and provide cool customer service that comes from caring for everyone inside the team. We solve "on a turnkey" basis any user questions regarding the operation of sites, close ambitious goals and post memes in corporate chats.

What do we expect from you?
— Level English from level B1;
— Willingness to work night shifts (~6 per month) from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.: we have a 30-minute break and a Slack Huddle for team interaction to stay in tune;
— Experience working with customers: by phone, mail, chats and/or in person;
— Initiative and organization: we encourage talking about problems and proposing ways to solve them. We are able to take responsibility for achievements/facaps and control our working hours in shifts;
— Willingness to learn and develop in the field of IT: most of the team leaders have grown from junior positions.
How exactly does the work go?
— We communicate with English-speaking customers about our sites and services;
— We pass complex requests to other departments. Examples of complex requests: "I want a refund!", "I want to report a technical problem!";
— We develop professional skills at trainings and lectures for further career advancement.
In addition to businesses, we develop the SKELAR foundation – a charitable fund created by company employees. As part of the initiative, we create and finance projects that contribute to overcoming the consequences of the war and rebuilding Ukraine.
