We are currently scaling our activities, expanding our teams, so we are looking for a results-oriented Customer Support Agent < /b> , who will join our Customer Support department.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of working with Google framework (Disc, Sheets, Docs)
• Experience solving complex problems
• Good communication skills
• English from Intermediate and above, knowledge of the Ukrainian language
• Attention to details and punctuality
• Knowledge of principles customer service with the ability to identify areas for improvement

Responsibilities

• Processing incoming customer requests within specified deadlines through various communication channels communication: live chat, calls, messengers, CRM system
• Identification and resolution of mass problems
• Communication with adjacent departments
