About the product
Project: fintech, payment system, crypto currency exchange.
Responsibilities:
- Resolving issues with B2B / B2C client: email / tickets.
- Working with CRM software.
- Performing various checks and tests.
- Giving feedback to clients and creating an overall positive communication atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Very good English skills (B2 level or higher); in writing + verbally.
- Experience in Customer Support at least 1 year.
- Experience in the payments, blockchain or fintech industry is an advantage.
- CRM software experience.
- Detail-oriented nature.
