What you will do:• Work with a large volume of life-chats and other online tools;• Provide accurate, reliable and comprehensive information to customers;• Adhere to communication procedures, instructions and policies;• Support others business units through customer liaison, documenting customer requests;• Manage complaints, provide appropriate solutions to problems within established deadlines;• Work shifts, including night shifts: 8:00-15:00, 15:00 - 22:00 :00, 22:00-08:00 (schedule 3/2).What is important to us:• B2+ English;• Customer service experience;• Passion for the customer service industry, good communication skills;• High level of honesty and integrity, proactive approach; • Sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team; • Ability to work under pressure, stress resistance; • Ability to work in different shifts (with night shifts);• Positive attitude towards gambling.
