Credit Collections Bureau are a full-service law firm that became influential in the practices of international alternative dispute resolution, debt restructuring, debt collection (debt recovery), and insolvency during the last ten years.Must have:English — Upper Intermediate, B2.Work experience/knowledge in customer support is a must.Sales experience (preferable in a targeted sales environment).Responsibilities:Make outbound calls and take incoming calls from customers in respects to their accounts. Properly identify customers to ensure you are speaking to the right person.Create notes in respects to the conversation and log any disputes they may have.Collect any documentation required to take actions on disputes.Create cases within client systems to action changes needed to customers' accounts.Monitor internal messaging system to keep up with requests from supervisors or management.Remote full-time job only — Monday-Friday, evening shifts: 15:00 — 00:00What we offer:Employment according to the Labor Code of Ukraine (with full tax compensation) or PE;Monthly income: $800 — 1200.
