We are looking for a
Customer Support Agent for the company's largest product -
cross-platform VPN service . Our product already helps 10 million users from all over the world meet the need for cyber protection.
Our goal is to enter the top 5 best VPN services in the world.
Key tasks: • Effective processing of user requests in Zendesk (Chat, e-mail) + social media
• Work with billing requests (Cancel/ Refund/Dispute) together with Finance team
• Monitor and respond to user feedback on various platforms such as Trustpilot, Appstore, Google Play, Chrome store, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
• Maintain knowledge base and keep the information on the department wiki up to date
Required skills and experience: • English language level -
Upper-Intermediate+ and above, excellent written English
communication
• Experience with VPN
• Experience with billing requests and payments
• Knowledge of Chinese
