All the actions of our company are aimed at achieving a single goal: to help any person find a job :) Customer support service directly forms the company's brand among users. We are the people who influence how our company will be remembered by customers and how they will tell their friends and family about us. To fulfill our mission, we are looking for a freelance Customer Support Specialist to work with our users remotely. Your tasks will be : Solving the requests of users and company employees by working with email and tickets; Communication with other teams; Maintaining a high level of service quality. To work you need: PC and stable internet; Competent Ukrainian written language; Upper-Intermediate and higher English skills; Basic skills in working with SQL queries. We will also consider candidates who do not yet know what SQL is, but will be able to understand and edit a prepared query as necessary. In addition, we pay attention to: The ability to find, process, structure and transmit information; Flexibility of thinking, ability think outside the boundaries of the prepared instructions; Indifference to the work you do; Customer orientation; The presence of effective business communication skills.
