The Customer Support Agent will be responsible for keeping Viber users happy and loyal by providing efficient responses to the worldwide Viber community queries. Responsibilities include providing fast and professional offline (Email, live-chat) responses to user issues, maintaining a high level of user satisfaction, investigating problematic issues reported by users, identifying and reporting trends, repeated issues, and urgent bugs. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and follow up until resolution Maintain clear and concise communication with customers Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed Experience: 1-3 Skills: Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Familiarity with customer support tools and systems (training provided) Basic technical knowledge and proficiency in using computer applications REQUIREMENTS A problem solver with an innate sense of curiosity and passion about helping people Proficient in English and Ukrainian at either native or professional level Enthusiastic smartphone user (Active Viber user – a major advantage) Microsoft or Mac OS savvy Willingness to participate in a 24/7 rotating roster which predominantly includes after-hours shifts Attention to detail Team player Experience in customer support or customer service will be a plus.
