We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to support our products. This is a great opportunity for those who can clearly sense the needs of users and want to participate in shaping support processes, creating Quality Knowledge Base materials and identifying ways to improve product performance. 400">

  • Effective handling of user requests in Zendesk (Chat, e-mail)
  • Process billing requests (cancellations, refunds, disputes) with attention to detail and according to internal processes
  • Track and process user feedback on various platforms, helping to increase product satisfaction
  • Participate in setting up support processes together with the team
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts (2-3 times a week)
  • Needed skills and experience:

    • Experience in a similar positionfrom 6 months
    • The level of English is Upper-Intermediate+ and above, excellent written English
    • with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, etc.)
    • Ability to process up to 100 (on average 50-60) cases per day without losing focus and quality communications
    • Experience with KPI/SLA
    • Willingness to work a flexible schedule (including 2 night shifts per week)
