Main Responsibilities
– Respond to customer requests in chat and email;
– Advise users about company services;
– Follow technical instructions and resolve typical requests;
– Record requests;
– Adhere to communication standards and KPI;
– Interact with other departments (technical, financial, risk department, etc.) to quickly and correctly resolve user requests;
Mandatory Requirements
– English from B1 (spoken and written);
– Responsibility, attentiveness and stress resistance;
– Speed in adaptation and training;
Will be a plus:
– Experience in customer service
– Experience in communicating with native speakers
– Ability to work with CRM systems
