Requirements
- Basic knowledge of working with the Google framework (Disc, Sheets, Docs)
- Experience in solving complex issues
- Good communication skills
- English from Intermediate and above, knowledge of the Ukrainian language
- Attention to detail and punctuality
- Knowledge of customer service principles with the ability to identify areas for improvement
Duties
- Processing of incoming customer requests within the specified time through various communication channels: live chat, calls, messengers, CRM system
- Identification and resolution of mass problems
- Communication with adjacent departments
