Right now we are looking for our idealCustomer Support Agent who will join our team to achieve great results together.

• Work with a large volume of life chats and other online tools;
• Provide accurate, reliable and comprehensive information to customers;
• Follow communication procedures, instructions and policies;
• Support other business units through customer liaison, documenting customer requests;
• Manage complaints, provide appropriate solutions to problems in a timely manner;
• Work in shifts, including night shifts: 8:00-15:00, 15:00 - 22:00, 22:00-08:00 (schedule 3/2).
< p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-decoration: none">What is important to us:• B2+ English language;
• Customer service experience;
• Passion for the customer service industry, good communication skills;
• High level of honesty and integrity, proactive approach;
• Sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team;
• Ability to work under pressure, stress resistance;
• Ability to work in different shifts (with night shifts);
• A positive view of gambling.
