Due to the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a "Client Support Administrator" who will become an indispensable member of our team. What you will do:- Communicate with clients and answer their requests, provide advice and help on all issues related to organizing events; - Manage e-mail and phone calls; - Record information about customers and orders in the database; - Coordinate work with other departments of the company for the successful implementation of projects; Necessary experience: - Experience in the field of customer service or administration will be a big plus ;- Ability to effectively communicate and resolve conflict situations;- High level of organization and attention to detail;- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office programs;- Excellent skills in working with databases and e-mail;- Ability to work in a team and make decisions in a limited environment time.
