Working conditions:

What you will do:

• Provide consulting support to customers on our products and services;
• Resolve customer requests and problems, providing them with high standards of service;
• Carry out registration and verification with customers on the site;< /li>
• Interact with various departments of the company to ensure quality processing of customer requests;
• Keep documentation and create reports on work with customers (Google Sheets).

Necessary experience:

• Knowledge of the English language at the B2-C2 level
• Secondary or higher education will be an advantage, but the main thing is the desire to develop, we consider all resume;
• Experience working with clients in the field of information technology will be an advantage (candidates without experience are trained for free for 4 days, the course starts every Monday);
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
• Ability to quickly learn new information and adapt to changes.
