Customer Support in ND, grupa kompaniy

• ND group of companies is a leading Ukrainian company in the segment of production of equipment for gas stations, production of powerful electric charging stations, alternative energy.

What is needed to do:
  
- Daily remote monitoring of the state of the network of charging stations; - Maintenance of technical documentation; 

- Interaction with other team members to achieve a common goal.
 
Requirements:

• Possession PC: Windows at a high level, MS Office, network technologies, remote access programs, knowledge of PC hardware,
• Ability to communicate correctly with customers on the phone;
• Skills of logical thinking, stress resistance, attentiveness, punctuality, responsibility; 
• Higher or secondary special education;
• It is desirable to have work experience in a call center, on the technical line. support;

- Working hours Mon - Fri from 9 :00 to 18:00 Possibility to work remotely, after passing the trial period.
