We are currently looking for a Customer Support Agent (Ukraine) to join our team and contribute his expertise. Duties: Handle any incoming customer inquiries within a specified period of time through various communication channels: live chat and ticket system; Determine customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction; Manage standard requests in the ticket system and forward those that require more in-depth investigation to the appropriate department or specialist. Requirements: Ability to communicate in English at B2-C1 level; Computer literate; Able to identify solutions to problems and present solutions verbally and in writing; Strong interpersonal skills; High level of professionalism; Attention to detail and punctuality; Windows with a minimum of 8-16 GB RAM or Apple Mac not older than 2015. Stable Internet connection; Own workplace.
