Responsibilities:
- Communicate in writing with customers and respond promptly to their inquiries
- Interact with the product team to effectively resolve inquiries of users
- Work with the functionality of the site admin panel, update and check data
- Process user payments, search and control their status
- Process large volumes of information, including regular reading of messages in internal work chats and channels
Requirements:
- 1 year of work experience
- High level of customer orientation and desire to help users
- The ability to quickly absorb large amounts of new information
