Our company is recruiting for the position of Customer Support

Who are we looking for?

• An open, fast, learnable specialist with an active life position, who knows how to establish contact, talk with strangers, convince, insist on his , to clearly and competently present the essence, to argue one's point of view;
• An employee who knows how to fulfill, or rather exceed, the set plans (we have our own base, look for clients not required)

Duties include:

• work with clients who have registered for advertising and are waiting for a call from the manager to receive advice. This is hot traffic that will surprise you with its quality, at least 10-15 applications every day!
• Closing the needs of customers to receive information about cooperation with the company;
• Keeping documentation and reporting on the results of your work;
• Working with the client base in the CRM system

The end result that we would like to see is a client who, after talking with the manager, continues cooperation with the company. Therefore, experience in communications will be a great plus!

What we offer from our side:

• Working in an office with a five-day schedule on weekdays (10:00 - 19:00). 
• Convenient location, office in the city center;
• Salary consists of a rate from 24,000 UAH up to UAH 40,000 and bonuses. Payments several times a month;
• If you have experience in the field of communications - that's great, but now we are also open to newcomers in this field, because we conduct a paid training course and provide effective practice with experienced mentors as part of the internship.< span style="font-weight: 400">
