Customer Support in Journey UA

Hello everyone!

We are the Journey UA team, we have been helping Ukrainians with immigration and adaptation in the United States for almost 2 years (more about the programhttps://www.uscis.gov/ukraine). We invite Ukrainians to become participants in our program, which includes finding a sponsor for an invitation, housing without a deposit, assistance in completing all the necessary documents, and support at all stages.

We have 2 themes - American and European. The European team provides consultations, information support, filling out immigration forms, coordination with the American team, and psychological support for people who contact us. 

We are currently looking for the same person in the European team for the position SUPPORT MANAGER

• What is included in the duties? 

• Advice about flights, the best route and accommodation

• Coordinate with the American team for resettlement of Ukrainians who turn to us for help housing

• Provide consultations and informational support for Ukrainians who have arrived in the USA by becoming participants in our resettlement program"

• Support members, respond to their requests, search for the necessary information 

• Prepare documents and fill out immigration forms

• Help with creating posts, ads and finding chats

• Online consulting and supporting people in employment/communication with HR

• Reporting

What are the working conditions?

• The work is completely remote, so you need to have your own computer 

• Work schedule: Monday-Friday 16:00-00:00 Ukrainian time

• Paid vacation, sick leave, possibility to change working days

• $700 starting salary, bonuses and performance bonuses
