US Office locations include Denver, CO & Grayslake, IL)About the RoleAn exciting and challenging position exists as a Customer Supply Analyst. You will ensure an efficient and effective customer service operation relating to the order management process for our largest customer, Amazon, and others as needed. The focus for this role is on daily execution of key goals and metrics, both from a Wellmore and customer perspective. What You’ll DoDaily reviews of customer orders against available inventory and determine strategy for aligning demand & supply with Consumption trendsDaily communication with planning team and warehouse facilities to determine inventory position against customer demandExecute end-to-end supplier and customer inventory analysis using multiple data sourcesBuild analytical processes and views to support customer supply chain decisionsFunction as liaison between Sales, Demand Planning and Supply teams to align functions around key decisionsWork with cross functional business partners on achieving key metrics such as Order Fill, Case Fill, On Time Deliver, Must Arrive by DateUtilize customer and supplier inventory data sources to build end-to-end supply and demand analytics to include in-stock targets, days on hand inventory, inventory carrying costs, safety stock, etc.Track inventory and demand systemically to ensure end-to-end metrics work together for successForecast potential for failed metrics in the end-to-end demand-supply systemCreate reports using Excel and internal business intelligence tools to provide insights into customer behavior patterns and opportunitiesDevelop and execute reporting and analysis of key service and supply chain performance metricsSupports management in planning and executing strategic initiatives within Supply Chain in support of elevating customer satisfaction, salesWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s Degree required with minimum of 4 years of related work experience in Supply ChainExperience with Amazon's systems and processes – 3P required, 1P preferredAmazon Supply Chain and customer route to market experience requiredPrevious experience managing customer inventory and key service metricsAnalytical skills required - BI reporting (PowerBI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skillsAmazon portal experience (seller central, vendor central)ERP system experienceAbility for analytical and problem-solving skills, collaboration and generating alignmentStrong attention to detail, while understanding the strategic direction setExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to provide direction on adherence to policies, programs and proceduresStrong teamwork skills & experience working with cross-functional business unitsGood business perspective skills with the ability to look at problems or projects through the eyes of the customers, competitors, and coworkersPerks for YouJoin us in helping people be well, more!
