With a focus on enhancing productivity, client satisfaction, and brand differentiation, FuseBase is committed to empowering businesses with the ability to work and communicate more effectively with clients at scale.Responsibilities:Work with support tickets, identify the main client issue, and categorize the request;Communication with leads and offer services or/and schedule calls with a sales representative;Assemble templates from notes on client workflow;Explore integrations with other platforms;Communicate with the development and design team on bugs or improvements found;Tracking several inboxes and engaging valuable clients for the call.Requirements:Have a willingness to understand a complex product.Have a desire to help customers with their processes.Proficiency in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Have an intermediate level of visual acumen.P.S.
