We are looking for a talented Customer Success specialist to join the team to work with existing Serpstat customers. Your skills: Competent Ukrainian language (oral and written). Proficiency in English at level B2 and above (oral and written). Knowledge of the basic principles of Internet marketing. The ability to feel the needs of clients. Effective communication and the ability to actively listen to the client. Quick assimilation of new material and desire to develop. Focus on achieving results and high responsibility. Understanding the importance of deadlines and readiness to work with customer objections. Will be a plus: Experience with CRM systems to manage customer interaction. Basic understanding of SEO. The team is waiting for you: Ensuring successful implementation of the service for new customers through training and on-screen service demonstrations. Conducting additional consultations and offering customers advanced services - sales/ additional sales. Active communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify their needs. Solving clients' financial and legal issues. We offer: Payment - rate + monthly bonus. This means that you yourself influence your income, but you have a "safety cushion" in the form of a fixed payment. Flexible work schedule with the possibility of starting the working day from 09:00 to 12:00, and ending from 18:00 to 21:00. Ability to work completely remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages. Individual and group work with a corporate psychologist.
