Your skills:

Hard skills:

  1. Polish at the C1 level.
  2. Computer skills at the level of an advanced user and interest in modern IT technologies.
  3. Competent oral and written Ukrainian and Polish.
  4. Ability to communicate with clients: listen and maintain a conversation.
  5. Customer orientation and a good sense of humor.

The team expects from you:

  1. Providing answers to incoming customer calls and independently making calls to customers.
  2. Training clients on the correct and full use of the service.
  3. Suggestions and assistance in implementing additional Ringostat tools to solve customer problems.
  4. Communications with clients to understand their satisfaction with the service.
  5. Proactive / operational response to customer problems and their solutions ("alert" system in our CRM).

  1. Payment - rate + monthly bonus. This means that you yourself influence your income, but you have a "safety cushion" in the form of a fixed payment.
  2. Flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 9:00 to 10:00 and finish from 18:00 to 19:00 Polish business time.
  3. Ability to work completely remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Cherkasy). Offices are self-contained in the event of a power outage.
  4. Individual and group work with a corporate psychologist.
  5. Paid vacation - 18 working days, 5 paid sick days per year, and 11 public holidays.
